At Vibe Scent Private Limited, we take pride in delivering premium fragrances crafted with precision and care. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we have outlined our refund and return policy below.


Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Description of the concern


Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be initiated based on product availability

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with

  • The issue is reported after the allowed timeframe

  • Damage is caused due to improper handling or storage

  • Fragrance preference or personal dislike


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
